1. Project Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% of the total project value before work commences. This deposit covers initial planning, discovery, architecture design, and resource allocation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they compensate for time and resources already invested.
2. Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to support@websprime.in.
If the work completed exceeds the deposit amount, the outstanding balance is due within 14 days. If the work completed is less than the deposit, any remaining credit may be applied to a future project subject to review and mutual agreement.

3. Cancellation During Discovery Phase
If you cancel during the initial discovery or planning phase (within the first 7 days of project start), a partial refund of the deposit may be considered, minus a fixed discovery fee of ₹ 7,000/- (or equivalent).

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- WEBs PRIME Technologies fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within the agreed timeline without a valid reason.
- The deliverables substantially fail to meet the specifications outlined in the signed Statement of Work.
- A mutual agreement to cancel the project before any meaningful work has commenced.
Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind, delays caused by the client (e.g. slow feedback, missing assets), or for subjective dissatisfaction where the work meets the agreed specifications.
5. Revision & Dispute Resolution
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to raise your concerns directly with our team at support@websprime.in.
We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions for most deliverables to ensure the work meets your expectations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.

6. Subscription & Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer or subscription-based engagements, you may cancel with 14 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Any unused hours or credits in a monthly retainer do not roll over and are not refundable.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
9. Payment & Refund Method
All payments are processed via secure payment gateways. Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.). Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For projects already in progress, the policy in effect at the time of signing governs the engagement.
