Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using WEBs PRIME Technologies's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

WEBs PRIME Technologies provides web development, AI automation, and SaaS solutions. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate engagement and may incur additional charges.

All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed milestones or upon project completion.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees. WEBs PRIME Technologies reserves the right to pause or terminate work until outstanding payments are cleared.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback and approvals promptly
• Ensure they have rights to all content provided

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and may incur additional costs.

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for the project.

WEBs PRIME Technologies retains the right to:

• Use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Reuse general knowledge, frameworks, and non-proprietary components

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or personal information shared during the project.

This obligation continues even after project completion.

Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Once a deliverable is approved, further changes will be treated as new work.

WEBs PRIME Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We warrant that our services will be delivered in a professional manner.

A 30-day bug-fix period is provided after delivery for issues directly related to our implementation. This does not cover third-party changes, misuse, or external integrations.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

We may integrate or rely on third-party services (APIs, hosting, analytics, etc.).

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
